By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

Client: The person or entity booking services from Swish & Clean.
​
Company: Swish & Clean, referred to as "we", "us", or "our".

Service: The cleaning and other related services provided by the Company as detailed in our service descriptions.

Booking and Confirmation
​
Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
​
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
​
Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
​
Pricing and Payment
​
Pricing: All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on the specific requirements of the service.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.

Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee and/or suspend services until payment is made.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by Client: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
​
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. For any issues with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

Services
​
Service Scope: The scope of the services provided will be as specified in your booking confirmation and as detailed in our service descriptions (General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, End of lease Cleaning, and Strata Services).

Quality of Service: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
Exclusions: Our services do not include cleaning of hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or cleaning of items that require specialized care.

Client Obligations
Access to Property: The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain access, a cancellation fee may apply.
Utilities: The Client must provide access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity.
Safety: The Client must ensure the property is safe for our staff to perform the services.
Liability
Damage and Loss: We take care to avoid any damage to your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for any loss or damage to items that are not reasonably foreseeable.
Insurance: We carry insurance to cover any damage caused by our staff during the performance of their duties. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Privacy
Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Our staff are trained to handle your information discreetly.
Changes to Terms
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Notification: It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
